Job Description:
As a Crew Lead at RAMFUSIONTELECOM, you will be responsible for managing a team of technicians, ensuring safety protocols are followed, coordinating with project managers, and overseeing the quality of installations and maintenance work.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in telecommunications tower work
- Previous leadership experience
- OSHA certification
- Tower climbing certification
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel and work in various locations
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
